Do I know You?

After my awesome Woooing on Friday, Saturday was Bark in the Park. It's a fundraising event for our local humane society. Usually, Lola and Aunt Temple go with us but Aunt T had to "work" so Lola couldn't make it! Boo!

But this year, Dad and Duncan went, that was cool. But while there I thought I saw a lot of people I knew...Like at first I thought "OMG, Hound dog Mom is here!!!"

But nope, it wasn't them.

Then I thought, OMG, Lola made it, wait, why's there two of them?? Oh, that's not Lola! Boo!

Then I got super excited cause I thought I saw Bunny! Then I realized no, for one, it's the completely wrong color, and two, Bunny has much more fabu accessories than that...I mean, that dog's nails aren't even painted!

It was a fun day, we saw all sorts of dogs...little ones, big ones, in between mutt ones. I sniffed a lot of butts and had a good time! Mom said I was even much less spazzy than in years past...that I must be getting "mature" whatever that means.

We even saw some of the girls from Dr. VET's office, they said "You should come see us! Oh wait, nevermind! You do already!!" Mom said it's kinda sad that they recognized us out of a hundred people and dogs! I told mom, that's the price of being a supermodel diva...you can never go out without someone recognizing you!!

  1. That looks like fun! So many dogs to meet. Too bad the vet girls recognize you :P but it's nice to have a fan club :)

  2. It looks like you had a great time - but Anna - maybe you need to go to the vets and have your eyes checked - you got mixed up A LOT gawoof gawoof !!!

  3. Sure looks like you had a very splendid time! Too bad those dogs are the dogs you thought they were.

  4. Looks like a great time at the Bark in the Park. We so wish we would have been there to meet you. At least you had the breeds all right, nothing wrong with being a little color blind. BOL Sniffs, The HoundDogs

  5. Isn't it wonderful how they all know who you are?

It looks like you had a great time!

  6. What a fun day in the park!

  7. Yesterday, driving home from the store, I was sure I saw Jack (as in a daily dose of...) in someone's yard; THEN in the next block I saw a couple walking a black lab and a mastiff -- then remembered Mango and Pea live in Boston... WORLDS CoLLIDE!!!

Fun day at the Bark in the Park. Did you get loot??

  8. What fun and so many other pups to get to know.... must have been a lot of peemail to read.

  9. What a fun day, Anna! We had PetFest here a week or so ago, but our "assistant" is too lazy to post it yet. Maybe soon. *sigh*

  10. hi, loved reading your blog. Beautiful Sheperd. I wanted to be a follower but couldn't find it. I don't know if something is wrong with all the blogs but I can't even look at mine. Come visit me.

  11. Looks like a fun event! I've been to a 'dog festival' event before - a little similar to this one. I just love seeing all the dogs!

Bernie is excited you posted a picture of his look-a-like! :-D

  12. Sounds like a fun day, Anna. Wish we could have been there too, it would be fun to meet you:)

    Love and licks, Winnie

  14. Anna, that looks like a super fun day!! We bet everyone knows who you are....afterall, you are the Diva!! Lots of love, Holly and mom

  15. Gah! Someone take away that girl's Greyhound card! Her collar and leash don't even match! Trust me, Anna, if we ever meet in public, I will be MUCH better dressed.

That whole event looks like so much fun, though! I wish we could have been there!
